Your Moonlight contoured changing table pad needs to fasten to a dresser or changing table, to ensure the maximum safety of your infant.  Pre-drill two 1/16 inch holes into dresser where the straps line up.  Next, insert the two screws through the strap and into the two pre-drilled holes.  Do not cut the straps if they are too long.  When manufactured, the straps are cut using a hot knife which seals the end of the straps.  IF the straps are too long, simply fold straps under.
