How to Use the Massager:
Use the lactation massager in your bra, while feeding, or between feeds to help relieve engorgement, improve milk flow, and prevent clogged ducts.
In Your Bra:
Place the massager in your bra with the pedals facing down. The gentle vibration helps stimulate letdown and encourage milk flow. Move the massager to a different area of your breast every 15 minutes.
While Feeding:
Gently glide the contoured petals in a scooping motion from the outer breast toward the nipple, covering the entire breast. This process can help move hindmilk and relieve engorgement.
Between Feeds:
To Relieve Clogged Ducts:
Using one petal, press into the breast and massage around the clogged duct in a circular motion for 5-minute intervals. Apply ice between intervals using our Breast Therapy Packs or Lactation Roller.
To Help Empty the Breast More Efficiently:
Place the massager button-side up, apply gentle pressure, and rock it back and forth for 30 seconds. Move to a different area of the breast and repeat.
